Thanks for the great information on nutritional supplements that can aid in depression and anxiety. These supplements are certainly a much better alternative than the expensive drugs with their dangerous side effects which are pushed by the pharmaceutical companies.
I'm happy to hear you found this information helpful. Yes, I could tell you some horror stories of what I've seen of drug side effects! Most people I know who switched to nutritional means of managing anxiety and depression were actually calmer and happier than when they took drugs.
